Frank Arhin

Frank has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting, with distinction, from Garden City University Kumasi and is a member of ICA Ghana.

Prior to joining Darsfam, Frank worked at several large diversified companies, including Ecobank Ghana, Kwabre District Finance Department as well as Netis Ghana LTD, where achieved over 30% improvement of the company’s reporting system by initiating strategic revenue planning, performance analysis as well as forecasting practices.

Kwashie Darkudzi

Kwashie is a Co-founder and current Chairman of Darsfarm. He has a degree in Animal Health and has over 25 years in crop and livestock farming in Nigeria, USA and Ghana.

He has a wealth of experience and a proven track record in agri-business management and human resource training in sustainable and organic agriculture Production. His appointment as Chairman at Darsfarm has been crowned with remarkable improvement in stakeholder satisfaction.

Margaret Sakyi

Margaret is a lecturer in the Department of Social Science of the Wesley Training College of Education-Tafo Kumasi. She has taught for over 27 years and has in-depth knowledge extending skills training to others.

She is responsible for the mobilization of women and youth in rural areas and has been involved in a number of Agri-projects, mostly in the Ashanti & Bono region.

She is engaged in reviving collapsed mushroom and snail farming projects that have collapsed in rural communities in all four regions of Ghana and providing technical guidance to women and youths to be self-employed, skillful and open up their communities to agri-commercial opportunities.

Dr Dzidzor Essien

Dr Dzidzor has a BSc. in Agricultural Engineering from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science & Technology Kumasi, a Master’s degree (MPhil) in Engineering for Sustainable Development from Cambridge University, UK as well as a PhD in Agricultural and Biological Engineering from Pennsylvania State University.

Her research interests include Agro-Waste management & utilization for rural energy and development as well as sustainable bio-energy production and appraisal. She currently helps with the training of members in sustainable and conservation agriculture and is one of the main brains behind the push to formulate organic policies for Ghana.

Sani Mohammed

Sanni is a graduate with a degree in Business Accounting and has several years of experience working in food processing and natural food stores.

He is one of the founding members of Darsfarm network operating in rural Ghana. Darsfarm has grown into a community fixture under his management.

Kossiwa Vanessa Anifrani

Kossiwa is a lover of nature and a staunch advocate for the development of agricultural practices that
respect the environment. She has a degree in Tourism from the Charles Peguy Institute in Louvai La Neuve, Belgium.

She is involved in various entrepreneurial ventures in Africa, and divides her time between her responsibilities as a mother, her job, and a series of exclusively volunteer trips for evangelistic and humanitarian missions. The welfare of African women, especially pregnant women, is a topic she takes to
heart and spends a lot of her time advocating for.
